About ETFap

ETFap = ETF Advantage Play: math-based tools for crypto ETFs, SPY and QQQ.

What this site is

ETFap is a set of free calculators and reference tables. Right now it covers US spot crypto ETFs: how much bitcoin, ether, SOL or XRP each share holds, what each fund charges, and what the fee takes over time. Tools for SPY and QQQ options are planned.

The advantage-play approach

“Advantage play” is a casino term for making decisions from the math instead of from hunches: know the real odds, know the real cost, and only take a bet when the expected value is on your side. We apply that habit to investing tools. That means showing the actual numbers (coins per share, fee drag, model expectations) and being plain about uncertainty and risk. It does not mean any strategy here is guaranteed to win.

Where the data comes from

Coins-per-share figures come from each fund issuer’s own website or holdings file and are refreshed once per trading day. Every figure shows its as-of date, a link to its source, and a label saying how it was checked. Live coin prices come from Coinbase, with CoinGecko as a backup. See every source and method.

Not financial advice
